Whether you’re attending an event or hosting a party for your street, there’s lots you can do for a Jubilee treat.
Sunday 5th June
The Parish of the Five Greens are bringing the community together this Jubilee for an afternoon of celebrations, food, drink crafts and lawn games. Bring your own food and beverage and gather for the street party from 3pm in Birch Green Village Main Road. Come together with local store owners, fellow parishioners or Parish Councillors and there may even be a local knitting group, running club, Brownies or Scouts pack to become a member of.
The Watermill presents Jubilee Family Day- Thursday 2nd June
Gather your little ones and head down to The Watermill on Thursday to participate in some fun garden games. Centred around the Platinum Jubilee, this family day involves creating your own crown, musical entertainment, themed refreshment as well as the chance to see a new exhibition of the Queen’s Coronation.
Watermill presents Vintage Jubilee - Friday 3rd June
The second day of celebrations is the chance for you to get dressed up and immerse yourself into the world of the 50s. Show off your best 1950s outfit whilst roaming the display of vintage cars, make your own bunting and enjoy themed refreshments from the café, including the Miller’s Afternoon Tea.
Thursday 2nd June
In celebration of The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee the Puddingstone Distillery will be hosting their evening tours throughout the day! Giving you the chance to explore the distillery and gain an insight into how the distillery was set up, how they make Campfire Gin and the botanicals used and what the different gins styles mean. Your tickets will include two full-sized Campfire Gin and tonics, plus a neat sample of four of their Campfire Gins. You’ll also receive a branded Puddingstone Distillery glass to remind you of your bank holiday fun at Puddingstone Distillery.
Friday 3rd June
St Peter & St Paul's Church are welcoming you for an afternoon/evening of music, refreshments, and children’s activities for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The celebrations commence at 5pm where you will join them for an afternoon tea, where there will also be Celebration Yarn Bombing on Church Square. Following your afternoon celebrations, at 7pm there will be a thanksgiving service in the church before your evening kickstarts with a BBQ and Tring Brewery bar in the churchyard, ending with the lighting of a beacon on the church tower roof at sunset.

Wednesday 6th July
For a unique and thrilling celebration, the St Albans International Organ Festival and the Hertfordshire Lieutenancy are set to put on a powerful concert at St Albans Cathedral to honour The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. With London’s Southbank Sinfonia set to headline, accompanied by a massed choir of 160 singers, a 60 voice children’s choir, fanfare trumpeters and other guest musicians. The cathedral is set to welcome a special presenter for this national event, as choirmaster and broadcaster Gareth Malone hosts your evening, welcoming over 250 performers.
Head to Hoddesdon this June and get involved with the celebrations for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. Love Hoddesdon, with support from Broxbourne Council, is organising various community events in Hoddesdon town centre, so don't miss out!

A traditional funfair will be taking place in the Clock Tower and War Memorial areas, involving rides and stalls. The perfect event for the whole family to attend and celebrate together!

The lighting of Jubilee Beacon will be held in the High Street to the south of Jubilee Shelter, accompanied by DJ playing music and performance by Jukebox Community Choir.
Saturday 4th June
The street party has arrived! A programme of 1950’s themed professional musical entertainment from acts such as the Opus 17 Swing Band, together with a free ‘hosted’ brunch/lunch for invited local elderly people. Expect to see entertainment from local bands/artistes as well as an array of food/community stalls.
Broxbourne Borough Council has been working with partners to produce a programme of local celebrations that the whole community can engage in. Why not attend a ‘Jubilees and Coronations’ exhibition at Lowewood Museum or light a beacon within the Borough on the evening of Thursday 2 June 2022 at 9.45pm. Entertainment, activities and picnic nibbles…Sounds like you’re in for a Jubilee treat at Hemel Hempstead Town Centre. Listen to the talented musicians and watch some incredible theatre performances! Don’t forget to grab your take away lunch sourced by local businesses to enjoy surrounded by the street party. There will also be a vintage red double decker hop on hop off bus for you to take a trip on. This bus will stop at the Town Centre, Market Square and the Old Town and is free to use. This will allow people to enjoy what Market Square and The Old Town have to offer on the day too!
A whole schedule has been planned by the Town Council and Bishop Stortford BID to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. You most definitely won't be left bored on this four day bank holiday weekend, as there are a whole bunch of events lined up so you can celebrate! Calling the families of Royston, round up your mini Jubilee lovers, as it's time for them to switch on their detective brains and embark upon crown hunting mission. Complete the trail for a chance to win one of two picnic baskets, filled with cakes and treats, perfect for an afternoon tea treat. Yum-my!

Saturday you're tums and ears will be in for a treat. Wander around a themed market, listing to the sounds of a ukulele and enjoy an all day breakfast and cakes from the pop up café.

Sunday's sounding rather delicious if you ask us! Picnic in the park with yummy jubilee cakes? Yes please! Let's not forget there plenty of jolly jubilee festivities for the family to enjoy.
Big Century Event - June 4th
Well... The celebrations in Watford are definitely seem Jubilicious! Kickstarting the Jubilations with a Parade through the High Street leading to Cassiobury Park where an afternoon of dance, theatre and spoken word performances will take place. The fun doesn't stop there! From 6pm the main stage in Cassiobury will host a variety of music and performances including a very special guest to end the festivities. Without forgetting to mention, of course there will be food and drink stalls on site! Along with kids fair rides and stalls where you can win a prize every time. So bring a picnic and enjoy a day of celebrations in the park!

Stevenage are taking part in lighting up the UK and Commonwealth for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. The Jubilations will begin at 9:45pm with Beacon Lighting in the town centre! It will be one of over 2,022 lit by charities, communities and faith groups all over the UK.

Joining in on the celebrations across the county is St Albans City and the District Council’s, by switching up the annual Alban Street Festival this year! So you know what that means...Music...Food...And plenty of Children's Activities. There will also be a beacon-lighting ceremony outside Museum & Gallery at 9.45pm, to tie in with the national beacon celebrations. Enjoy the atmosphere with St Albans and friends, the perfect way to celebrate the Queen’s 70-year reign.
