Join the scary Dr Gore and Mad Lab assistants at Dr.Gore's Spooky Mad Lab, for spooktacular science shows and interactive family fun! Evil Dr Gore will be undertaking some scientific demonstrations, as part of a hauntingly delightful mix of science and fun that will entertain the family.

In the Spooky Mad Lab, Dr Gore’s assistants will help you conjure up wickedly messy experiments such as creating magic potions and glorious goo! Some of these you can take home. Families can also get into the spirit by making witches hats, dressing up, and getting hands on with a range of Halloween arts and crafts.

Back in the science theme, children can also make and launch a rocket! This is an all-day, all-weather venue which has earned Trip Advisor certificate of excellence five years’ running. It will be fun, interactive and inspiring.

Your ticket includes our exhibitions, where you can discover the history of our 300 year old site together with our acclaimed armoury, Rocket Vault, and wildlife tower. We also have a great café, a gift shop, and for a nominal fee, you can explore the site’s unique architecture and nature on a tractor trailer guided tour.

Tickets can be purchased on the door or through our Eventbrite page.
