Welcome to The Waffle House, located within a 16th century watermill overlooking the River Ver in St Albans. A family business since 1978, we specialise in sweet and savoury Belgian waffles individually cooked to order and using many organic and free-range ingredients.

We’re open from 9:30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-7pm Friday & Saturday and 8:30am-5pm on Sunday. We accept evening reservations by phone for tables of four or more from 5.30pm on Friday & Saturday.
